Privacy policy

Gods Uncensored respects your data. No account is needed to read the site, we never ask for sensitive personal data, and we never sell information to third parties. Below we explain in detail what is collected, why, for how long, and what your rights are.
1. Who we are
godsuncensored.com is a publishing project of Z - axis Aerial Services (Manos Symiakakis), Greece, which also acts as the data controller for this website. For any privacy matter: services@zaxisaerial.com.
2. What data is collected
- Contact form: your name, email address and message, submitted through Netlify Forms so that we can reply. Legal basis: your consent when you submit the form. Retention: up to 24 months after our last exchange.
- Technical server logs: our hosting provider (Netlify) automatically records IP address, browser type, page requested and time of visit, for security and correct operation. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Retention: a short period, according to Netlify's policy.
- Advertising data: see sections 3 and 4.
We do not build user profiles, we do not send newsletters, and we never pass contact-form details to advertisers.
3. Cookies
- Essential: the site sets no tracking cookies of its own.
- Analytics: we do not use Google Analytics or any other analytics tool.
- Advertising: set by Google and its partners to serve and measure ads (see section 4). In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland they are set only if you give consent.
You can also delete or block cookies from your browser settings.
4. Advertising — Google AdSense
- This site displays advertising through Google AdSense.
- Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads to visitors of this site.
- Google's DoubleClick (DART) cookie enables Google and its partners to serve ads based on prior visits to this or other websites.
- Third-party advertisers or ad networks may also place cookies or similar technologies. We have no access to or control over them, and we receive no personal information from them.
- You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings, read how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/ads, or manage your choices at youronlinechoices.eu and aboutads.info/choices.
5. Cookie consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland)
For visitors in those regions we use a Google-certified consent management platform (CMP, IAB TCF framework). Before any advertising cookie is set, a message appears where you can accept, reject or manage your choices. You can change them or withdraw consent at any time:
No consent message appeared: either you are not in a region where it is required, or no advertising cookies have been set on your device.
6. Third-party services
When you click a purchase or support link you are taken to a third-party platform — Payhip (digital products) or Buy Me a Coffee (donations). Payment and card details are handled solely by those platforms under their own privacy policies. We never see, receive or store payment details.
7. Transfers outside the EEA
The providers we use (Netlify, Google, Payhip) may process data on servers outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States. Such transfers rely on GDPR safeguards: Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and/or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
8. Children
This site is not directed at children under 15 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you are a parent and believe your child sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Send your request to services@zaxisaerial.com and we will reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (1-3 Kifissias Ave., 115 23 Athens, www.dpa.gr).
10. Security
The site is served exclusively over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Contact-form messages are accessible only to us.
11. Changes to this policy
If the way we collect or use data changes, this page and the date at the top will be updated. For material changes that require consent, consent will be requested again.
